Job completed for B. Aguilar

Completion date: March 27, 2020

Location: Fort worth, TX

Why did the customer contact us?

Customer was detained with Immigration in removal proceedings at risk of losing his Legal Permanent Resident status. He did not qualify for an immigration bond due to this criminal offense. He has three young US citizen children who depend on him. His wife was worried she’d be left alone to care for their children.

Solutions provided:

Rocio Martinez was able to successfully stop Customer’s removal from the country and keep Legal Permanent Resident status in the United States. He got to go home to his three young children and his lovely wife. He got to keep his residency and will be able to apply for citizenship in a few years. On paper, he had a loser case. Our firm found a way to help him using a creative legal strategy. He gets to celebrate his daughters 6th birthday today after being detained for nearly two months.

At the end, the Immigration Judge complimented Rocio and made clear it is the only Prosecutorial Discretion case he has seen in his time as a Judge.
